Return Policy

Our return policy is straightforward. If you are not fully satisfied with your DaVarg article, send it within 45 days for a refund or exchange.

You don't even have to tell us why you are returning it. It is that simple!

This is our way of showing how confident we are in the selection of materials and crafting that went into every DaVarg article.

Notes: By purchasing products from Castello DaVarg you agree to the terms in our Lifetime Warranty. Castello DaVarg reserves the right to alter, edit or cancel our the terms of Warranty and Return Policy.

Once we receive the request for return, we will email the Return Code and a Shipping Address. Please return the items in the original package, using a trackable shipping method (USPS , FEDEX, UPS) with delivery confirmation option. After we receive the item, we will refund the purchase price minus original shipping charges (if any). Please allow 3 days for a refund. Customized orders and personalized items are not returnable.
