Spartan emblem
On every article we make is a carefully placed spartan emblem. The logo embodied by eleven minimalistic strokes, defining a spartan warrior and his helmet.
The Spartan logo evolved from the original concept of a right facing face. One of the first samples was craved on a leather tag as shown above.
For DaVarg, the Spartan sprit embodies the sprit of courage, discipline and endurance. While creating articles we chose our own bold path of using deigns from our own original designs, materials and crafting methods often with a minimalistic principles, reflecting on the Spartan way of simplicity.
Just as Spartan society emphasized communal living and a sense of unity we are also driven by the idea of the common good and the well-being in developing and making with sustainable methods leather articles that could last a lifetime with proper wear and care.
