Stainless Steel Hardware
For the buckles and loops in our watch straps, we chose 304 stainless steel. Being an austenitic stainless steel, it is non-magnetic which makes it essential to be used with mechanical watches.
304 stainless steel has excellent tarnishing resistance. It is resistant to a wide range of corrosive environments, making it suitable articles such as watch straps that are exposed to elements during it daily use.
Due to its face-centered cubic crystalline structure, 304 stainless steel has the ability to retain has a shiny, silver-like appearance. The dual tone finish with both brushed and polished finish gives the hardware a distinct appearance when combined with luxury and elegance of authentic leather.
